MLM SEO – Improve Google Ranking and Get Qualified, Laser Targeted Traffic to Your Site

I want to share some information on MLM SEO that I have implemented that are giving me some impressive results in getting an increased amount of targeted traffic to my site.  I’m just going to basically give you an outline of what I’m doing. But if you are not up to speed on search engine optimization or you are not getting the results you want with organic, or free, search results from Google then pay close attention to this post.

The foundation of getting targeted MLM, or any other traffic is doing keyword research. Determine your target market and find the keyword phrases they are using to find the solutions to the problems they are experiencing and have enough traffic to be worth pursuing. Tools for this are WordTracker and Google external keyword tool.  So many sites fail right out of the gate with irrelevant or no keywords in title of site pages or content.

Consider establishing a hosted WordPress blog.  WordPress blogs are search engine friendly and have built in features that allow the blog to “ping”, or alert the search engines the instant new content is posted.  They are relatively easy to setup and are network marketer’s secret weapons. Hosting sites such as Host Gator have an installation script called Fantastico that allow you to install a WordPress blog with just the click of a button. The blogs have a back office that allows you to install custom themes and scripts automatically installed with a few clicks. Content published on these blogs will typically show up faster and better ranked that other types of websites you can create.

Create original MLM articles based on the keyword phrases you researched. These articles should provide value and solutions to your target market. Be sure to work the MLM keyword phrases into the title and body of your article, but avoid keyword stuffing, or spamming which will only hurt your results.

Bookmark your articles to social bookmarking sites using bookmark submitting tools such as OnlyWire.com.  OnlyWire will auto submit your articles to the 26 most popular social bookmarks which Google loves to index and rank high on its site.

Promote the article on your blog with a video discussing your article on video sharing networks like YouTube. Be sure to use your keyword phrases in your video title and video description. You can also use an auto submitting service such as Traffic Geyser to submit your video to over 70 additional video sharing sites on the web. These back links to your article will give your article more relevancy or value in Google’s eyes.

Submit your article to the 400 plus article submission sites on the web. This is also done using an Automatic Article Submission program that automatically submits your article to the hundreds of site on auto pilot. The article submission sites will allow you to have up to two links in an author resource box usually located at the end of the article. Be sure to link all of your submitted articles back to the original article on your blog with the anchor text, or linkable text in the keyword phrase you are promoting. You can also use the second link to point to your video on YouTube.  These submitted articles will provide hundreds of back links helping to lift your Google rankings for your YouTube video and your article posted to your blog.

Your original article posted on your blog can then point to your landing page, or sales page.  You don’t want to link your submitted content directly to the landing page or sales page directly because Google doesn’t rank those pages as well as WordPress blog articles in general.

Over time your pages will increase in rankings as Google discovers all of the hundreds of links that you have out there pointing back to your article. This strategy is very effective. Consistency and the relevant content provides for a flood of laser targeted traffic to your MLM site.

While you are waiting for your back links to kick in, it is possible to get top Google rankings overnight using press releases. Google views press releases as time sensitive and your submission can be placed on the first page for your keyword phrase literally in a matter of minutes or hours.
